‣ Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
‣ All returns/exchanges must have a return label on the package with an RMA number. To process your return and receive an RMA number visit our returns page. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.
‣ Once an RMA is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RMA was created. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of the date the RMA was created.
‣ You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes clearance items.
‣ You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
‣ Items bought at 40% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description.
‣ No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit.
‣ Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
‣ Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
‣ A separate box should be used to ship back products with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.
‣ Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, ShopChronic will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
‣ Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
‣ Gift Certificates are not refundable.
